Senior Consultant on Automotive Inbound logistics Planning
salary 500 000Yuan/year

1) Position requirements:
Above 5 years work experience in inbound logistics planning or operation within automotive industry;
- Familiar with logistics layout planning and project management;
- Familiar with warehouse planning and outsourcing;
- Familiar with picking zone planning for sequencing/kitting/pre-assembly or shopping carts mandatory;
- Familiar with definition and implementation of automatic equipments in warehouse such as pick by light, pick by voice, AGV etc.;
- Familiar with the function and process of WMS and interface;
- Familiar with logistics system;
- Familiar with Key Performance Indicators;
- Analysis of weak points in processes and organization of our customers;
- Concept and detailed planning of material flow, process design, storing, work flow, operation process, building requirements, IT-solution, KPI etc.;
- Implementation of projects (technical as well as organizational and optimization)
- Be capable of organization of whole project, team management, implementation testing and training on site;

2) Personal requirements:
- University or above education in industrial engineering or logistic engineering;
- Experience in fields of logistics planning;
- Readiness of mind and conceptual strength;
- Distinctive customer orientation;
- Intercultural competence and travel readiness;
- Fluent English, spoken/ verbal and written, negotiating skills, Chinese language of advantage;
- Proficient with MS Visio and Think Cell software, be able to MTM;
- Ability to work in teams, professional appearance as well as presentation skills.
